Valentines at Pearly Cow York

This Valentine's, we’re doing things the Pearly Cow way: exceptional produce, beautifully cooked, and sharing very much encouraged.

Arrive to a glass of Chapel Down, then settle in with a menu created especially for the occasion by our Head Chef, Marlon. Begin with Pearly Cow favourites like cheese and onion soufflé or aged beef tartare with Exmoor caviar, before moving on to the main event.

For mains, choose a 12oz ribeye with all the trimmings, fresh plaice with mussels, or make it a moment to share with our signature 36oz salt-aged Côte de Boeuf for two. When it comes to dessert, take one each - or do it properly and share a little of everything.

served with peppercorn sauce, glazed onion, herb-crusted bone marrow, beef-fat chips

Brie and spinach pithivier, chargrilled tenderstem broccoli, pommes Anna, red wine jus (V)

Plaice, mussels, puttanesca sauce (NGCI)
