Welcome to Pearly Cow Brighton.

Pearly Cow is an independent collection of grill restaurants in York, Margate and Brighton. They serve up the most indulgent cuts of meat and the freshest fish in gorgeous settings, where you’ll feel right at home. Pearly Cow Brighton sources the best-of-the-best from nearby each; Sussex beef and Whitstable oysters for example.

We let the ingredients do the talking, cooking simply over open-flame, or serving raw on ice. It’s elementary really.

Pearly Cow is about treating yourself. It's a break from the everyday. It’s the feeling of finding a pearl in an oyster shell. It’s a bit of magic.

Oh, and our chips will change your life, and our soufflés are just something else too.

At Brighton, you can enjoy Pearly Cow inside, or, in the Summer months, out on The Terrace, opposite the big blue, feeling the sunshine and sea breeze on your skin.
