Meet Rasa, our Assistant Restaurant Manager! Always serving up a smile, you`ll find Rasa both in the restaurant and out on The Terrace. Rasa entered the hospitality world aged 16 as a fresh-faced Breakfast Waitress and Bar Back and then university brought her to Brighton. And we`re glad it did! From Supervisor to now Assistant Manager, Rasa continues to make waves at Pearly Cow
Rasa`s order: Wood Fired Scallops to start, followed by Surf and Turf and then ending with Crème Brulée!

Monday-Friday, 12pm-4pm
