Meet Marlon, our Head Chef
Thanks to his parents, who had a restaurant in the Philippines, Marlon has been part of the culinary world since a young age. From pursuing the PCAC Haute Cuisine Chef Diploma in Barcelona to an internship in a Michelin starred restaurant to successfully opening a restaurant, Marlon`s passion in his craft is not to be underestimated! But the two most important things to him - creating a supportive environment for his team and seeing guests smile.
Marlon`s order: Padron peppers filled with goat`s cheese, walnut and honey, followed by Short rib with creamy mash and charred carrots, and finished with Apple crumble and custard
