“We ordered the Beefy Mary and the Harvest Moon, both of which were exceptional.
Now for the main event! the 1kg salt-aged Côte de Boeuf for two, served with peppercorn, chimichurri and Béarnaise sauces, glazed onion and herb-crusted bone marrow. This dish was nothing short of sensational. Perfectly cooked, tender, full of flavour and beautifully presented - truly made for sharing.
And those famous beef fat chips were easily the best we have ever tried. Crisp, golden, fluffy inside and unbelievably moreish”
