A familiar face? You've probably seen her around!

Meet Robyn, our gem of a Restaurant Manager who's been with us since day one. Robyn first dipped her toe in the hospitality scene aged 15, as a waitress, and has since worked her way up, diving full force into the industry now as our Restaurant Manager.

Robyn's order: Chargrilled Octopus, Fillet Steak with peppercorn sauce, beef fat chips and hispi cabbage! Followed by either the trifle or the crème brûlée!!

We do like to have fun with our cocktails 👀 And it's time to get excited because we've been working on some new ones...
It might be classified as a side but for us a roast wouldn't be complete without some cauliflower cheese on the table! Who else is team cauliflower cheese?!

And yes, all sides are included in our roasts, not added extras!

A chocoholic's dream aka our Chocolate Negus. Three sinful layers of chocolate genoise, chocolate cream and ganache.
Get those alarms set for your weekly taco and margarita fix! Two tacos plus a margarita of your choice for £15. What could possibly make a Thursday afternoon/eve better? Possibly only the fact that we've added another taco to the menu - Dill cured salmon with Dijon dressing 👌🏻

Setting aside the beef, we've got another sharer we think you should know about. Here's our rolled porchetta with roast apples, fennel and cider sauce. On the daily menu now!

Good things come in threes so we've laid the table with an order of a 45-day salt-aged steak, beef fat chips and charred hispi cabbage. The glass of wine just ties it altogether 🥩🍷
