Perched above King's Road with wide-open views of the English Channel, The Terrace Bar, Pearly Cow is back for its second summer... and it's all about the bar.

Coastal cocktails, long spritzes, cold rosé and proper sundowners. Friday DJ sets from 5–8pm as the sun drops over the seafront. Midweek £22 Steak Nights. From relaxed mid-afternoons to golden-hour gatherings, the Terrace Bar moves with the tides of the week.

First-come, first-served. If we're full, join the wait-list inside the Bar at No. 124. And if the weather turns? The party carries on inside at Pearly Cow.

Looking for somewhere to celebrate? The Terrace Bar is Brighton's ultimate outdoor venue for private parties and events. Cocktails, sea views and the big blue as your backdrop.

Sunday Roasts

The ultimate weekend ritual. Indulge with proper roasts with all the trimmings served high above the seafront. Every Sunday from 12.30 - 8pm.

At Pearly Cow Brighton, our menus are shaped by the coast and the seasons. From the South Downs to the surrounding shoreline, we champion standout British produce and bring it to the table with generosity and precision.

Expect beautifully aged steaks, fresh oysters, line-caught fish and indulgent sharing dishes, alongside vibrant starters and show-stopping desserts. Our iconic Sunday Roasts come with all the trimmings, while midweek favourites like Steak Night have quickly become Brighton rituals. For younger guests, our Pearly Calves menu ensures everyone is looked after.
