Brighton Pride Party

Saturday 1st August | 10am–3pm

After last year's sell-out celebration, our Brighton Pride party returns to the Terrace Bar by Pearly Cow, perched above the seafront with front-row views of the Brighton Pride parade. And this time, our Pride party is hosted by drag sensation, Michael Marouli. Think sun, sequins, and serious food and drinks included.

DJ sets: from 10am
Michael Marouli: 1pm–3pm

Tickets: £95 (includes £75 food & drink credit)

Two Tides offer

Enjoy 50% off all cocktails in two tides. Soak them up earlier or enjoy a little later on. Monday - Thursday 4 – 5pm & 9 – 10pm.

£22 Steak Night

Steak with fries and greens for just £22. Plus 50% off selected cocktails and £5 starters & desserts. Every Wednesday 5.30 - 8.45pm.

Sunday Roasts

The ultimate weekend ritual. Indulge with proper roasts with all the trimmings served high above the seafront. Every Sunday from 12.30 - 8pm.

At Pearly Cow Brighton, our menus are shaped by the coast and the seasons. From the South Downs to the surrounding shoreline, we champion standout British produce and bring it to the table with generosity and precision.

Expect beautifully aged steaks, fresh oysters, line-caught fish and indulgent sharing dishes, alongside vibrant starters and show-stopping desserts. Our iconic Sunday Roasts come with all the trimmings, while midweek favourites like Steak Night have quickly become Brighton rituals. For younger guests, our Pearly Calves menu ensures everyone is looked after.
