Join us at 5pm if you have a party to go on to or would like to be in your pjs by 9pm, 
or book for 8.30pm if you would like to see in the new year with us.

Duck liver, smoked duck and cranberry taco (NGCI, DF)
Orange-cured salmon taco (NGCI, DF)
Goats cheese, pistachio and truffle honey taco (NGCI, V)
Whitstable oysters with shallot and merlot vinegar (NGCI, DF)


STARTERS
Braised pig cheeks, celeriac, port sauce

Woodfired scallops, malt vinegar gel, garlic leeks

Charcoal roast ribeye of beef
beef fat fondant potato, cavolo nero, Bordelaise sauce

Fillet of brill
sea vegetables and lobster sauce, samphire

Sussex brie, cranberry and spinach pithivier
red wine sauce, baby vegetables (V)


PUDDING
Brillat-Savarin cheesecake, rhubarb

Chocolate and cherry fondant, buttermilk ice cream (V)

Tunworth, truffle honey and seaweed crackers (NGCI)
