Drawing Room & Nook

Our moody Drawing Room is our LBD - always in style, and suits any event. A truly stunning private dining room for up to 12 guests to indulge in the finest Pearly Cow cuisine, it is also enjoys an ante-room, The Nook. You can create your dream event here with everything being bespoke, or if you'd prefer, we have a wonder-filled 'Cheers To That' package for £95 per person available.

The Snug

To the right of the Pearly Cow bar, you'll find the 'snug'. A gorgeous semi-private space with a picture window looking upon the terrace, it's a wonderful area for lunches and dinners for up to 18 guests on one table. Equally, if you don't need the total privacy of the Drawing Room, it works perfectly well for meetings too.

EXCLUSIVE USE

For larger 'do', you can hire out Pearly Cow Brighton exclusively for the day or night - or both! Seating 48 guests with room with dance, it's an amazing venue for weddings and parties looking for a foodie-upgrade to the typical event venues. Hire of PCB includes the terrace, bar, restaurant, drawing room & snug - with so many different spaces, it's a dreamy choice for a creatively-minded occasion. Hiring Pearly Cow always includes The Hideout Suite at No. 124 above - the hotel's ultimate suite - for the night.

Exclusive Use day-time hire ranges from £2,750 to £6,450, depending on day of week & time of year. Each cost always include hire fees, with then a minimum spend on food & drink to reach the total amount. For day-time hire, this varies from £1,750 to £4,500. For full day hire, we range from at £5,000 - £11,750, depending on day of week and time of year, with minimum food & drink spend ranging from £3,500 to £8,000.

Meet Josh, our Bar Manager who loves to crack a joke and craft exceptional cocktails - both talents in equal measure. From pubs to fine-dining, he's worked his way up from a part-time bar back to now making his mark opening bars in hotels and restaurants. 13 years and counting in Brighton!

Josh' order: Pisco Sour is an all time favourite. If it's a food and drink pairing, I'd go for the Viognier with the Charcoal roasted cod loin, savoy cabbage and bacon, chive butter sauce!

HAPPY HOUR but make it Oysters 🦪 & Tacos 🌮 because the world is your oyster! Each are 3 for 2, EVERY day, 5pm-6pm on The Terrace...now we're taco-ing 👀
