Pearly Cow private events offer a little extra flavour, whether you're gathering the gang for something low-lit and intimate, or taking over the whole place for a full-blown affair. Across our restaurants in Brighton, Margate and York, you’ll find characterful spaces built for everything from celebratory suppers and team takeovers to beachside lunches, meetings and relaxed gatherings.

Each location comes with its own pace and personality - think fireside dinners in York’s Georgian hideaway, oysters and sea air in Margate, or all-night gatherings in Brighton’s bold, artful setting. Menus lean seasonal, steak-and-sea-forward, and are made for sharing. From private rooms to full restaurant takeovers, there's plenty of options on the table.

Pearly Cow in Brighton is a sizzling seaside spot for any occasion. From business meetings and suppers, to beautifully boho weddings by the sea, we've got you covered with ridiculously glamorous interiors, daydream-inducing food and top-notch service. Party on! If you're looking for a private dining room in Brighton you've come to the right place.

Choose from our Private Dining Spaces:

The Drawing Room - Private dining room for up to 12 guests
The Snug - Semi-private space for up to 26 guests
Exclusive Use - Hire out Pearly Cow Brighton exclusively for the day or night - or both! Seating 48 guests with room to dance.

We know that the food is important. Head Chef Andrew MacKenzie has devised some delicious menus. In order that your menu can be prepared to his exacting standards we offer the following:

For 8 or 9 guests - please drop our Restaurant Manager an email. She will forward a reduced menu, where there will still be plenty of choice. We will ask you to share each guest's order with us two weeks prior to your event.

We ask you to choose a set menu from our seasonal event menus above. Or you may prefer to opt for our Feast menu.

Pearly Cow Margate is the place to be opposite the sea. Whether you're hosting a laid-back business lunch, a celebratory supper, or a dreamy coastal wedding, we’ve got it all wrapped up with chic interiors, crave-worthy food, and service that sparkles. Let the good times roll with the waves!

Morelli's - A private space for up to 12 guests
Exclusive Use - If you have bigger plans and would like to hire Pearly Cow Margate in its entirety, we can make that happen.

Meanwhile, upstairs... The Rooftop Bar at No. 42 offers panoramic views of the bay and serious sun-trap status, it's an unbeatable summer spot for cocktail parties, baby showers and more. Available for private hire from 12 noon until 5pm throughout the season with space for up to 45 guests.

We ask you to take Pearly Cow on an exclusive basis where you will have the run-of-the-restaurant to do as you please. Pearly Cow York is our gem in the incredible, kingly-and-queenly city. Whether it's a family get-together, a business lunch, or planning a stylish city wedding, we have you covered with elegant interiors, irresistible food, and service that truly shines. Our private dining room in York really is unique - come and celebrate with us in the heart of York!

Choose from our Private Dining Spaces:

Pearly Cow Private Dining Room - A private room for up to 16 guests seated around one table.
Exclusive Use - If you would like to hire Pearly Cow York in its entirety, we are here to help every step of the way.

Meanwhile, just a few metres away from Pearly Cow... The Marmalade Lounge at No. 1 is a beautifully curated, cosy-hued space. Mustard-yellow with eclectic art and vintage cabinetry, it offers enough space for up to 20 guests.

Please drop Nathalie, our event co-ordinator an email using the form below. She will forward a reduced menu, where there will still be plenty of choice. We will ask you to share each guest's order with us two weeks prior to your event. Alternatively, Our Feast menu is available for a minimum of 8 guests.

We ask you to create your own set menu from our seasonal event menus at the top of this page. Naturally we're happy to look after any guests with special diets separately. Or you may prefer to opt for our Feast menu.
