BOOKING POLICY

Booking & Cancellation Policy for Pearly Cow

 

CARD DETAILS: We require card details at the time of booking. This information will be stored securely, and your card will only be charged if the booking requires payment to hold or if you are in breach of our cancellation policy below.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY: We can only accept cancellations via email or you can cancel your booking via your confirmation email. If you need to cancel, please email us no later than 48 hours before the reserved time. Unfortunately, failure to adhere to this cancellation policy will result in a £20 charge per guest to the debit or credit card used for the booking. Please inform us of any special requests, allergies or dietary requirements when booking as we will always do our very best to accommodate.

 

RESERVATION TIMES: If you would like a drink before dinner, please arrive 15 minutes prior to the time of your booking. We do require your entire table to be seated at the time you have booked for. If you are running late, please do let us know via telephone at your earliest convenience.

 

CHRISTMAS & NEW YEARS EVE: a £50pp deposit will be taken at the time of booking. This will be deducted from your final bill on the day. Reservations must be cancelled by 2pm on the 30th of November to avoid losing your deposit. 100% of the deposit payment will be kept in the case of a no show on the day.

 

TAKE-AWAY FOOD: when agreeing to our terms and conditions you also hereby agree that should you remove food from the premises this is done at your own risk, and it is your responsibility to ensure correct storage of the food products. Incorrect storage and or gone off food causing illness to yourself or others is not the responsibility of Pearly Cow.
