The produce of land and sea we source is strictly the best – the wildest. On the menu, there’s raw and light and smoky and deep. We keep it simple to put nature first.

Our open-flame grill restaurants caramelise the finest cuts of meat. We're seafood restaurants too - serving the freshest seafood on ice to preserve delicate flavours.

We obsess over the freshness of the local produce we source. It’s why we can do raw for the purest taste of the wild.

Pearly Cow York celebrates what hails from the dales, moors, vales, and the nearby North Sea. It is one of the finest restaurants in York, and the beginning of the Pearly Cow story.

Steak just off the mibrasa grill, chimichurri, glazed onion and herb crusted bone marrow. Plus a side of beef fat chips and charred Hispi cabbage with ranch dressing, crispy onions. Routines like these 👌🏻
