The produce of land and sea we source is strictly the best – the wildest. On the menu, there’s raw and light and smoky and deep. We keep it simple to put nature first.

Our open-flame grill restaurants caramelise the finest cuts of meat. We're seafood restaurants too - serving the freshest seafood on ice to preserve delicate flavours.

We obsess over the freshness of the local produce we source. It’s why we can do raw for the purest taste of the wild.

Pearly Cow York celebrates what hails from the dales, moors, vales, and the nearby North Sea. It is one of the finest restaurants in York, and the beginning of the Pearly Cow story.

A feasting style table to introduce our new menu at @pearlycowmargate. Highlights of the day, so we’ve heard, were the Tuna Carpaccio served chilled with Charred Grapefruit, Courgette and Red Onion Fritters, Lamb Rump with Smoked Aubergine and Pomegranate and the Eton Mess! And of course the spectacular seafood selection as part of the Fruits de Mer! 🦪🦐🦀🍉🌽
